We offer a broad range of high-quality door panels constructed from durable PVCu that is maintenance-free and has a resilient core. They are insulated and sturdy enough to resist weathering, fire and aging.
You can pick from a wide range of glazing options.
Moulded Panel
Doors made of mold are a great option for doors in the interior for updating or building an apartment, home in the city, or in a hotel. They are attractive and cost-effective. With their versatile design and durability, they can fit both modern and traditional styles, and come with a wide selection of flat or raised panel profiles with smooth or textured designs.
These interior doors are made from one-piece pressed high-density moulded facings bonded to a timber frame. They are supplied with white primer coat which allows for quick on-site finishing. The doors for interior use are available in a variety of specifications, including lightweight cellular paper, for non-fire rated applications. 44m thick FD30 particleboard is also available for safety and sound performance.
The molded face can also be coated with a glass panel to let in the sun or add privacy to your home. Driven by glass replacement leeds has repurposed a hollow core molded door in her kitchen for an animal door, and we are thrilled with how it turned out!
Solid Panel
Solid panel doors look and feel like a solid piece of wood. However they are actually comprised of stiles and mullions and rails that hold floating panels. They are more sturdy than hollow core doors, and they also resist cracking and warping in humid climates.
The lamellae in softwood are graded both optically and mechanically by using a multi-layered technique. They are then joined to each other by adhesive. This helps reduce shrinkage and swelling due to climate changes. This three- or five-layer bonding together with thick covering layers, allows raw material to retain its natural properties, and improves its durability and strength.
MOSO Bamboo Solid Panel is attractive and durable, similar in hardness to hardwoods of good quality. It is also carbon neutral and a fast growing renewable resource harvesting time of just five years, as opposed to fifty years for the majority of hardwood species. This makes it a green product that aids in projects that seek LEED or BREEAM certification. This type of cladding also has the benefit of being water-proof and abrasion resistant.
Bifold
Bifold doors are the perfect way to connect your home and your garden. They can be internal or external, and they come with the option of uPVC or timber or aluminium.
They are typically glazed and have panels that stack neatly when they are opened. They are perfect for opening up large areas to allow natural light into the interior of your home. They can be installed internally or outside, and they are very popular as a method to connect living spaces to outdoor spaces.
They can be customized to fit almost any requirement. They are ideal to connect living spaces with an outside dining space or kitchen, and will enhance the overall appearance of your home. Just be sure to regularly lubricate the hinges so that they don't become dry or noisy! It's easy to do this with some elbow grease or household oil. This will keep your door looking new for a longer duration.
French
The french door is a popular option for larger apartment systems. The french door opens using a numeric keypad that communicates instructions in a clear and symphony to the caller on what to do in response to their input. The panel also comes with a lockable latch that can be locked for additional security.

The doors are constructed of uPVC that is maintenance-free which is resistant to weathering and fire. A resilient foam core provides additional insulation, and the solid structure prevents the doors from bending. Accessories like letter plates, spyholes and numerals can be fitted in the factory.
Choose from a variety of colors which include Mist and Amber. Natural and Amber panels can be left untreated on-site to be stained to match project specific colour palettes.
Sidelights
Sidelights add a stylish touch to any entryway, enhancing the curb appeal as well as adding an additional dimension to the exterior of your house. These windows can be installed on either side of a door and are available in a variety of height styles. This allows homeowners to peek outside without opening the door, and thus risking security. This is a great option for families with pets or children as well as people who don't want peepholes.
Sidelight doors offer a variety of glass options like decorative contact paper, frosted or frosted-looking glass and stained or painted glass. The right choice can boost your home's aesthetic while providing privacy. It could help in reducing energy consumption by removing the requirement for a lighting fixture in the entranceway.
The replacement of a door with sidelights requires a larger rough opening than a standard door, and will require the assistance of a qualified contractor. This project can be used to improve other parts of the entranceway, such as widening rotten brickmoulds or moving electrical cables.
